This is my go to place for a quick and cheap lunch when I am in the Bay. The team is friendly and the food always comes out fast and delicious. My kids love that the Pizza Hut supports their school too!
The man behind the counter yelled at my daughter when she asked for our order and he claimed he did not have it. She attempted to show him the confirmation text, email and charge to my account to which he continued to yell at her and say it wasn’t on the screen. By the time I arrived and called him out on his attitude suddenly my order was there. This man is clearly not cut out for customer service and should look for a job elsewhere. This is a poor representation of your company
They subbed out the delivery to a service (like door dash or something) and we were never notified of the delivery. Our food sat on the front steps for over an hour and was covered with ants by the time we found it. Had to make 3 calls and argue with the store to get it right.
I can't give a rating on food IT NEVER SHOWED UP, I placed an order this evening at 7:30pm at 8:15 I called to check on because I was told it would be delivered by 7:59pm, the guy answered and said "sorry were really busy it'll be a minute they had to use doordash to deliver" I'm like cool by 8:50pm I still didn't have an order and when I called I got the manager and the guy was horrible, he barely spoke English so the language barrier was bad enough but then he started screaming at me to be greatful the pizza was finally on... read more
