Heavy set older black guy with braids and grey hair , TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. tells me I have to wait longer because somebody in the kitchen “didn’t go to school” and dropped 11 wings for my order instead of 12. So I stand around waiting another 20 minutes just for him to overlook my order multiple times. I saw my wings sitting there for at least 5 minutes.
