A young lady by the name of Sophie waited on me she had the greatest customer service. I really appreciated her. I had walked in having a rough day was exhausted, tired and hungry and she just had the best SERVICE big smile on her face. Send me off with everything I needed. Not lacking napkins, not lacking anything order was completely correct and perfect.
The old lady that runs this pizza hut has the worst kind of customer service. She was absolutely rude to her customers in line. Not just one customer but several. The food was great but maybe the company can offer her some training on possibly a smile or a Thank you instead of rolling her eyes and being so unprofessional!! She made the experience quite concerning.

This place is terrible because it says that they don't deliver to the state hospital no more if I could give them a 0 or -5 i would. I think it just because they have a bunch of lazy people who don't want to work working there. Terrible
