Came to pick up 1 pizza. Every staff member sitting around laughing at something on their phone ignoring the counter. Meanwhile my order gets messed up and has to be remade. No sense of empathy, urgency or basic customer service. Needs work
New girl!! There’s a new girl they have in there that works mostly by herself and she is a game changer! She is very timely with the orders and is such a hard worker and very pleasant as well! So thankful for her wished I knew her name so I could give her a shout out.

I had the pleasure of ordering with Bobby at the Old St Augustine Rd location.... Even a tired mom makes mistakes however Bobby made the experience top tier!!! Thanks Bobby for assisting and making sure my son enjoyed his pizza day with mom!!
