I love pizza hut pizza and its always good. However their app and online ordering system is terrible! Most of the time i cant even place an order cause it fails/times out/crashes and its so frustrating! When i can place an order, it takes about 20 minutes to complete which is ridiculous. (You can call and order but online/app ordering is much more convenient for me so its my preferred method and when it doesn't work, we get pizza elsewhere.)
They obviously don't know how to answer their phone, got transferred from the call center 8 times, sat on hold for over an hour, and still never got to speak to anyone actually at the store. All I was trying to do was update the pick up time on a prepaid for order. Ridiculous!
Best pizza hut I've had so far. Clean. Fast. Hot pizza. Not burnt at all! Everything was fresh and hot. Staff was nice and helpful! Great job!
