BEWARE!!!!! We came in tonight on a Friday at 5:30pm and asked to dine in. The lazy employee that was standing behind the counter said we are not doing dine in REALLY. So you can do door dash, pickup and delivery but cant do dine in. This is the 2nd time we came in and walked right back out. If your employees dont want to work then shut this place down. I waited for 20 min out in the parking lot for an order I go inside and was told they cancelled all orders on his screen it was an African American male with glasses said they closed at 8 pm today but he did not reach out to anyone to tell them and my online said it was ready so I am mad what kind of business does that

ordered around 4:15 pm received cold pizza around 5:50 pm called the store to see what was going on only to get a rude person will never order from this store again

I really enjoy ordering from this specific Pizza Hut location on Westside Blvd whenever I am craving a hot meal. The kitchen team always prepares the pizza and sides exactly as ordered, and picking up carryout orders is always a very smooth and simple process. The facility is easy to access with plenty of parking spaces right out front, and the employees are polite. It is a wonderful, highly reliable choice in the Newton area for a quick bite to eat.

I ordered personal pan pizza with light sauce and pepperoni, and cinnamon sticks. Well the pizza has extra sauce and no pepperonis. And the cinnamon sticks have NO cinnamon. This food is disappointing and nasty. The inside was gross with kids toys laying all around like a backyard daycare.
