Ordered pizza 4 days in advance. Order was never delivered and the store could not be contacted. Waiting on a call-back from the Area Manager.
Took an 1hr and a half to make my food and when I ordered 2 orders of boneless chicken which is 16 I ended up with 10. My Daughter was so hungry she couldn't wait and ended up eating 1 of the 10 thats in the picture.
Goated pizza hut, I got friendly service and accurately made food that tastes phenomenal.
I never have a problem with services I’ve received here at this Newport News Pizza Hut locations or the others. Many kudos to the supervisors and staff. Sheryl, the Doir Dadher.
The manager hung up on me. I asked about their policy of sending drivers on orders that cannot have access to a military base. Papa John's and Domino's do not have this issue. She did refund me the delivery fee, but then immediately hung up on me as I was speaking. One more vote for Papa Johns.
