This Pizza Hut has improved a lot since my last review. Young Lady waitressing our table with a broke arm did great. The restrooms could use an upgrade.
This Pizza Hut is a joke. Been waiting an hour, not all drinks served, our order has not been took. Mom went to see about my brothers drink and why taking so long and guy got snappy with her, told her she will be leaving restaurant mad. Then turned his back on her while she was talking to him. Yeah it’s a little busy but no accuse for such poor service! Plus one manager was behind the counter and ignored the whole thing. This young man Haydon was such a great helper. Couldn’t ask for much more!
BEST FOOD ON EARTH, I HAD MR HAYDON AS A SERVER AND HE WAS ABSOLUTELY PHENOMENAL!!!!
Service was nonexistent. Food didn't come out in proper order. Chicken was almost room temperature when delivered to our table. Drink glasses were dirty. No refills offered. No plates to eat our pizza off of. Store was hot inside. Pizza was perfect though. Cook did a great job there. Wait time was 45 minutes with only 7 tables occupied . Drinks were a 15 minute Wait.
