Shelby (store manager) has been amazing! Had issues last 2 orders (neither of which was her fault) and she has done more than enough to make things right. You can tell she’s one of the good ones! Cares about more than the profit, she cares about her customers. So huge shoutout to her and I hope she gets recognized by her uppers!
Good grief - it’s impossible for somebody at the store to answer the phone so you’ve got a call into a call center to order pizza. You get to talk to somebody who’s on the other side of the world who can barely understand you to order a pizza. Pizza Hut has lost its fool mind.
Very good pizza and service was excellent
