This is the last I will order from pizza hut in new castle. They have screwed up my order every time. First they gave me pizzas the were still raw, I had to bake them in my own oven. The next time I sat at the drive thru window for 30 minutes just for them to tell me they never made the pizzas I ordered online an hour earlier. Then today I open the box ready to enjoy a pan pizza and find that all of them are hand tossed. We ordered a create your own Tavern Pizza with sausage and pepperoni. We had ordered the Tavern style pizza in the past and we really liked it. This time the Tavern style Pizza was awful. I'm not sure how to explain it, but we will not order the Tavern style Pizza again. We also ordered cheese sticks and they were very good. We plan to order from Pizza Hut again in the future. Hopefully they will be able to redeem themselves!
