Love this restaurant, very clean and staff is extremely friendly and helpful.
We decided to try and give this one a try instead of driving to Muncie. We definitely regret that. The floor was disgusting, plates not really clean, and the pizza was drowning in grease. I'm literally in their bathroom right now puking it up. They only offered to remake the pizza which is horrible since they couldn't seem to do it right the first time. If you live near new Castle like me or in new Castle I wouldn't eat this slop
The entire dine in area was dirty. The floors were sticky. You could hear your shoes sticking. The chairs, tables, and floor had crumbs and trash as well as being sticky too. Windows were dirty. Seen multiple staff members but never saw them cleaning.
This place is disgusting sticky floors gross silverware sticky tables very subpar experience all together will not be back
Food was not as ordered or described to be. I ordered a 8 piece boneless medium buffalo type wings and they gave me super super super hot wings that made me end up having to go to the hospital over my medical problems! They didn’t want to honor my coupon for a 8 piece of wings for $1 so I guess that was their way of taking it out on me!!! I won’t return!!!!!
