Tried the new Flatzz pizza. It was ok. Nothing special
Stood in lobby and waited to pickup my order for 15 to 20 minutes. Not a single person has said a word to me. These guys literally dont care about your food or your service
I placed a pick-up order over the phone, but they got my order wrong. I reached out to the store to let them know, and they offered me credit to use for my next visit. A week later, when I decided to use the credit, I went to the store, but the manager, Jose, stated he couldn’t find any credit under my phone number. He acknowledged that they had made an incorrect order but refused to do anything about it.
