Pull into the pizza hut in Mt.Sterling Ky. Employee sitting outside the door smoking cigarettes directs me to the non smoking section where after several minutes she comes in reeking of cigarette smoke to take my order. No less than 8 tables empty with trash and leftovers still on the table. I asked her to please wash her hands before bringing me my pizza...terrible service and dirtiest pizza hut I've ever been in period!!! Will not be back in this dump.
