Waited an hour for the pizza to be delivered and placed the order an hour prior to close, when I finally called employee "River" simply repeated that they are closed. Didn't get our money back which is theft. The employees were very rude and apathetic.
We called today and apparently it was closed? We don’t mind that is closed but you guys should be more nicer when telling people that you guys are closed and not have an attitude.
We used to frequent this Pizza Hut until recently. Their food was pretty good. It was the franchisees that ruined everything. If you don't like the dated interior, it is the fault of the franchisees. They don't want invest anymore money than they have to into the restaurant. Now they are bad mouthing the previous staff that walked out on them because they forced them to run a skeleton crew.
