When we walked in, I was a little worried since the staff seemed behind on online orders but overall, great experience! The guys working were friendly even when it was obvious they were working as fast as they could in orders. Also, best pizza I've had in a long time. Only minus in atmosphere is that the place could use a good deep clean, likely beyond what normal staff can help with
After 7 PM, it appears they no longer answer their phones. I called from two different phones over a span of more than 20 minutes and never got through to anyone. Since I couldn't reach the store, I placed an order through DoorDash. The estimated delivery time was initially 8:38–8:58 PM, which was fine. Then it kept getting pushed back another 10 minutes, and then another. I tried calling the store again to find out whether the pizza was actually being made or if I should just cancel the order, but once again, no one answere... read more
Saturday night. Ordered pizza, tipped $5 for take out. Wrong toppings, put on a topping to which I'm allergic. Called back for replacement. I was very nice.. They said they'd call when it was done. 45 minutes later went to pick up, no call BTW, missing 2 toppings. Also one piece missing- he said HE'D DROPPED THE PIZZA. Called again. Kid said he WAS the manager. He told me I could call the following morning (right, on Sunday) and he'd have the district manager on the line cuz he didn't want to deal with this anymore.
