I wouldn't recommend ordering for pickup here until they fix their app tracking. My Pizza Hut order showed as 'ready' on the app, but I still had to wait 10 minutes once I got to the store. No one apologized for the wait or the confusion. The pizza itself also felt rushed—the dough wasn't toasted enough and needed more time in the oven.

I placed my order on the app, got there to pick my pizza up because it said it was ready only to find out they handed it out to someone else. I was refunded and told they were remaking my order. It was 5:53pm by 6:45 I asked what was going on and was told by the manager that he sees ur coming out and 5 mins later find out the delivery driver took my pizza. By then it’s 7pm. Here it is 7:15 and I’m just now getting my food. That made NO SENSE how you can do that twice

I ordered a New York style pizza it was hard and crunchy you couldn't even fold it. The thin crust pizza was MEH expected more than this. Both pizzas were overdone

Terrible service they have bugs dont wash hands very very rude the mangers doesn't care horrible run away go somewhere else this place is not worth your money

The frozen pizza I buy at Walmart is better than this. I had it delivered to the hotel we were staying in after my wife's outpatient surgery. The pizza is the greasiest I have ever had and the bread sticks were nearly burnt beyond recognition. The marinara sauce for the sticks was really good, to bad we couldn't use it for the bread sticks. I wish I had read the other reviews first, hopefully others will be smarter than me.
