The staff did not say hello or greet customers who were standing there for pickup for a very long time We waited and waited for at least 10 minutes. Someone finally came to the front and was rude to the customers who had been waiting at the front. Not planning to go back to this location again.

Have you ever eaten a slice of pizza that was left over from a week ago, stored in the refrigerator and then microwaved? That's this pizza. What a freaking joke this place is. The toppings are dry. The cheese is cold and solid. The crust is stale. I'm convinced this isn't a legitimate Pizza Hutt. Go to any McDonalds and the burger will always be the same exact experience. Came in and waited over 10 minutes with no acknowledgements of any kind. Seemed like they didn’t care if a customer was waiting to pick up the order. Two employees saw me and other customer waiting but didn’t bother to come to attend to us. Why work if you gonna be grumpy and not want to pay attention to front desk.
