Called in and got really good support from the young lady... gave me the specials, helped me narrow down my options and told me when it would be ready. I arrived and it was on time. The pizza was just as I remembered...give them a try.
See photos, they speak for themselves. I just wanted some Friday night pizza for my kids, and as usual, I received dog food. I took a sample piece to have analyzed by the Health Department and will send info to the Chamber of Commerce and the BBB. High Point restaurants should be held accountable for this ongoing subpar food and ultimate health risk that are being dished out to the local paying public. It is disrespectful to the people keeping your businesses open!
They are slower than snails and no one... And I mean no one in there does NOT want to help customers at the front desk. The front stays empty for very long periods of time, and you have to wave staff down or the staff will sit on phone with an ignorant customer calling and asking 50 million questions instead of looking at menus online and deciding what they want and then call. Huge shout out to Mrs. Sheryl and the management team for their continued support. Had an issue with a delivery, not related to Pizza Hut, and they handled my concern with care and consideration. Mistakes and accidents will happen, and it’s all about how you deal with them that makes the difference. The food is always fresh and delicious and the staff is top notch. Keep up the great work!
Was delivered The incorrect order. The store does not answer the phone so I was unable to get the issue resolved properly because I kept getting connected to the Call center after calling several times. Wasted money and didn’t even get what I purchased Or a resolution.
