I have been ordering from this location for a while now. Things have gone down hill. Last nights order arrived severely overcooked, like it was stuck on the conveyer or sent through multiple times. They didn’t even give the delivery driver my apartment number so he had to figure it out. This was my give them another chance order after the last bad experience. I went to place an order at Pizza Hut on Brian Jordan in High Point. The manager was very rude and never acknowledged me while I was standing at the counter. Is great customer service a lost cause in the work place now? I’m allergic to onions and when I asked if he touched onions on the pizza prior to making mine his response was I may have. Completely incompetent workforce can’t tell the difference between 10 minutes and 30 minutes. Nobody seems to want to actually do their job to get orders out the door

Called in and got really good support from the young lady... gave me the specials, helped me narrow down my options and told me when it would be ready. I arrived and it was on time. The pizza was just as I remembered...give them a try.
