Pizza took over two hours to be delivered, once it was delivered, it was not cut, soggy, Slightly warm, and had been in the car for a very long time. Estimated time for delivery was 8:45 PM, pizza was delivered at 9:40 PM
First time at this location and everyone was so nice! Samia (I apologize if I misspelled your name) was the sweetest person ever! I couldn’t believe it when she told me she was new there! Such amazing customer service skills! Food was excellent but I would come back again purely based off customer service alone! There is an awful buzzing sound in the lobby. Sounds like it's just something vibrating but it's ear piercing Imagine working there and having to listen to that all day/week/year. Stop being lazy and fix the machine that is vibrating and causing this god awful noise. Poor employees.
Not the place to eat or order, rude staff, completely ignore you and give rude bothered responses. Just another fast food place with employees that hate their jobs, welcome to eastern pa.
