Pizza arrived cold, hard, and absolutely disgusting. Looked like it had been overcooked and microwaved. Rubbery like a tire all over. Husband called and asked for it to be remade. Wings were cold and soggy. When husband arrived, manager told him he was banned from the location. Have never had such a bad experience at a Pizza Hut in over 30 years of getting this exact order.
Very nostalgic, great employees and great food.
