Sometimes pizza is great. Sometimes it's not very good because there is so little cheese on it. I never know if it's gonna be a good pizza or not

So right off the bat.....the staff were kind and polite, so zero personal attacks on them! We walked in at 1130 to a completely empty restaurant. We waited 10 min then went and found an employee. They took our orders then came back and I formed us the didnt have personal pan pizzas that day??? Oh well, we went for salad bar and other items. The salad bar was very small and not stocked well either. The cheese was old and hard and the ham looked questionable. I’ve been going to Pizza Hut restaurants since the ‘70s, and I’ve never had an experience like this. I placed an order on the App (which Pizza Hut encourages), and the restaurant couldn’t find the order when I arrived to pick it up. They finally thought they had my order, but couldn’t confirm if they did. Had ham and cheese sandwich. Just barely average, but French fries were very good.
