Ordered delivery through Uber Eats on a Friday night and received the wrong pizza. When I called to get it corrected, the manager and staff refused to make it right. This isn't a one-off issue — every order I've placed from this location in the past 6 months has come out wrong. On a previous call about a mistake, the manager insisted nothing was wrong because he'd made "100 pizzas that day with no mistakes," instead of actually addressing the problem. Pizza came with no sauce, but the attitude was 100%. Honestly, I would’ve preferred the sauce over the attitude.
