I waited almost 15 minutes in line to pick up my order and NEVER MOVED AN INCH!! The manager is terrible at his job and needs to be replaced! 6 cars (including myself) in line and nobody moved. The 1st car should have been told to move u so they could take care of the other customers. I ended up just driving away with NO FOOD (again). Do what every other restaurant does and have people move out of the way! This is NOT an isolated incident, this occurs too frequently. Again the manager needs to be fired for incompetence!

Call center didn't send my order to the store. I went to pick up and order wasn't even started. Took pizza home and my order had the wrong crust and it was so tough I couldn't even chew I. Sad

Made the order the first time and it was wrong. Called to get it fixed and they said they would resend it out for free. They did but when I got it was still wrong. I had a driver harass me into try to pay in cash for this order that was resent for free, and another driver on the phone telling me to cancel my order because someone else picked it up. The driver trying to get me to cancelled called and texted me multiple times when I didn’t have an order screen to look at, so I couldn’t cancel the order. 0/10 will NEVER ORED FR... read more

This Pizza Hut would not take my coupon because they couldn't find it in their system smh So I got something else. The pizza was not done, which this happened before, I just put it in the oven. Smh, really, somebody don't know how to bake a pizza. You have to make sure temperature is right, stop serving half done pizza, it takes the flavor away!
