The order taker was unprofessional, I could hear commotion and cussing in the background, it was very clear he put me on speaker just before asking for my credit card information. The entire transaction really seemed out of place, so I didn't go through with the order, for fear of my credit card information would be miss used or stolen. If they cant move through a transaction professionaly, then why should I trust them to make my food.
The food was horrible and the building is outdated I will not be going back to that place it was horrible a woman back there cooking with long hair way down to their butt how do we know that we're not eating hair I cannot comment on the food because it was horrible they kept on getting people's food getting people's orders wrong
These people are awesome great customer service once and anytime a call I feel like im talking to family..thank you pizza hut on west end in nashvile tennesse
No professionalism, no hospitality, wait time is extensively long for door dash deliveries, and no communication. If you want fast proficient service do not depend on this location.
