I want to commend Erin and Malekia on the way they handled a difficult customer complaint. Erin was on the phone speaking to the customer when I walked in to pick up my order. The customer was being rude and was out of line in his complaint.

Pizza was ready 30 minutes late. Dude knew the name of the order I was waiting on and did not hand it to me as we were standing there. Had to ask someone else after 5 minutes to actually get it.

Save your time and money and don't order from this location. My mother in law is in town visiting and tried to order their big dinner box. After two and a half hours we received half the order and it was cold. At this point we figured we'd just get a refund and get something else from another restaurant rather than rolling the dice on another 2+ hour wait. Unprofessional management, unhelpful staff, complaining about call outs when other pizza places run on two or three people at a time and still have better times. If it's so bad that you're telling people two hour wait time, and your can't run your store with four staff members, then maybe you should've just closed the store down instead of the embarrassing display I witnessed while waiting for someone else's order to deliver. Have some class.
