This is my go to pizza hut, however the other night I visited and even placed my order online so it would be ready when I got there. They messed up my order not once, not twice but 3 times! I ordered the hut box and got all wing should have gotten 4 and 6 however they shorted me on the wings and I paid extra for bone in. I'm extremely disappointed because I absolutely love their wings!!!
The worst experience ever! Bad customer service,unfriendly employees,and very unsanitary.
This place is the worst! Has roaches on the floor. Flies flying around. The service is terrible! They don't deliver what you order! Got my order so wrong I was on fire when I tasted it after just ordering a beef pizza. Ridiculous! Then I called and after I told them what my problem was they never came back on the phone. I waited 25 minutes before I gave up and hung up the phone. I recommend everyone to go somewhere else.
I have reached out several times with no feedback or callback for an online delivery order sent in May 23rd where I never received the order, I added a tip and everything. My order was processed but yet I cannot get in touch with the store and instead a call center answers that cannot do anything but take an order, transfers you to the actual store where no one ever answers, I have called over 20 times with no answer but once, told the gentleman the issue then he preceded to act like he couldn’t hear me and hung up.
