Literally sat there and waited for my order for 20 extra minutes due to Taylor not knowing how to do her job. They didn’t put a name on the order, nor did they even try to find it until the manager came out. Ridiculous service from a very untrained and unprofessional staff.
The food was ready in the time it said it was. I love Pizza Hut so I know the food is always good. And the associates working were all very nice and accommodating. This location is super clean and it’s doing well.
Ick, ick, ick. It would have been more cost effective to throw $40 out the front door. The pizza barely arrived- cold, but burned, no less. The cardboard box it came in probably had more flavor. The delivery driver parked in front, drove away, and eventually returned. Four numbers on the house and four (matching) numbers on my order and he couldn't figure out where to go. He stood at the bottom of the porch steps, apparently so unsure of the address that he waited for someone to collect the pizza from him! So crazy!
