This business Lacks professional management & customer care. you'd be better off ordering from Domino's Anthony's or Kings in Inwood. the other businesses food are also better and a less chance of dealing with bad management. I ordered a pizza to be delivered she misunderstood thought I said pick up even though I paid for it over the phone.. why would I pay for it over the phone when I can pay for it when I pick it up? Of all the pizza chains, this one is my favorite and this particular store makes them the best. I live in Martinsburg that has 2 Pizza Huts and I will order from the Inwood store instead and travel a longer distance because they make a better pizza. I order from here at least twice a week (pizza is my favorite food.) For a local non-chain pizza place, try Pizza Oven in Inwood as well, they make a great pizza, too!
