Great Service soon as I walked in Sham the General Manager was so professional and on point never complained and was just smiling and still taking orders keep up the good work she’s deserving of 10 points or more.
Absolutely horrible customer service, I was hung up on multiple times but I understood it could’ve been busy so called back with questions regarding my order. Still proceeded to be met rudely. I go inside to address the incident that happened and was met with the General Manager saying she doesn’t want to be argumentative with me, when all I asked was is there not a way to handle call ins? I have only been to this location twice because it’s literally down the street from my house. Now I literally travel out of my way if I want Pizza Hut or go to the Lil Ceasers 2 minutes away from them. My 1st encounter the pizza order was completely wrong and they cut the pizza into squares.
