Whoever is taking orders today is absolutely under the influence of drugs and or alcohol. I called to order food for a person in need and after giving this guy my card number and information multiple times I wasn’t able to complete the order. It is sad that this is allowed at this location
This is a updated review because I actually was stupid enough to try it again. I ordered my pizza last night and it said 30-40 minutes for delivery. We were leaving in a hour and we wanted to eat before we left. Order was placed at 7:18 pm. I got my order 8:50 After looking through the app unseen where the order wasn't accepted until 8:05pm They are doing this intentionally to keep the ticket times down. Please do not order from this one,if you can go to the on Boone trail. Placed my order on line and sent my son to pick it up, all my items where cold as ice, and my order was not correct.
DO NOT ORDER FROM THE HOPE MILLS (MAIN ST) LOCATION! I ordered on 2/1/25 at 10pm. First it took an hour to be delivered by Door Dash. The order was wrong. I ordered a baked Chicken Alfredo and chocolate chip cookie. I received a 12" supreme pizza. It wasn't my order so the driver took it. (Presumably to the store) I called the store and was not able to get anyone to answer the phone (eventually the corporate call center answered). They were not able to help.
