Ever since they got new management and fired everybody, got a new team, their food has not only tasted like dog food, but every single time we order, they mess up the order. Usually they're pretty good about making it up, but this time the person i was talking to literally put the phone down while I was talking, and when someone else picked up the phone, they didn't even care. My brother ordered a pizza on line. Absolutely horrible!!! The crust was burnt and there was very little sauce on it. The puzza was hard, and could not even chew it. For $22. I thought we would get better. Won't be ordering from there again!
The last few times I have ordered from this store I have had a bad experience. Whether it be not getting all of the items I paid for and not getting the compensation I was promised or getting charged for an entire order that I apparently don't receive because they "didn't get the order" it's always something. It's impossible to contact anybody helpful and I'm out money every time.
They have really improved..
