I have been ordering from this location for many years, in that span of time I have never had a bad experience until now. I ordered delivery and it was delivered however not to my home. I'm not sure if it was an in-house driver or Doordash, but either way, I never received my food. When I called, I was told it was delivered and the person hung up on me. Cheyenne the so called mgr on duty on 08/19/25 very rude would not explain to me why the sign out front said $10.99 Buffett but my charge was $12.95, I asked for a phone number for corporate,she stated that there was no number, I asked for the person that was above her, she stated that she couldn't pronounce his name and he has no phone. wow!! Don't go here for the buffet not worth the money I went there and there was hardly any pizza out and the stuff that was out was old. Go to CiCI's in Evansville they know how to do a buffet and they got a salad bar and it's cheaper pizza hut sucks
Pizza Hut is a consistently good pizza restaurant. The only variables are the staff at a given location. While I have not had a horribly bad experience in the past, I generally don't review every Pizza Hut. This location deserves a good review! Late week night arrival due to traveling.
