I am writing to express my disappointment with my recent experience at this location. Although I was a paying customer, I was informed that restrooms were not available for use by anyone. While I understand the need for certain policies, it seems unreasonable to deny restroom access to customers who are actively supporting the business. I’m a dasher for door dash and I have to wait 10 mins past pickup time to get orders someone needs to call door dash and tell time yall need more time to cook with only one person in store

I have been in the service industry for my whole life. The manager of this Pizza Hut is the rudest most unprofessional manager I’ve ever met in my life. I deliver through a few gig apps. DoorDash, Uber, etc… I have been doing this for over a year and never have I had an issue using the restroom at the restaurant or retail store I was picking up my customers delivery from.
