I am writing to express my disappointment with my recent experience at this location. Although I was a paying customer, I was informed that restrooms were not available for use by anyone. While I understand the need for certain policies, it seems unreasonable to deny restroom access to customers who are actively supporting the business. Additionally, when I requested napkins, I was told that none were available because they did not arrive on the delivery truck.
