We had a terrible experience with this Pizza Hut. We placed an order over the phone and confirmed it would be made at the Greenville location three times. However, when we arrived at the pickup time, they had mysteriously forgotten our order. We called other Pizza Huts in the area, but none of them had it either. To make matters worse, we had guests over. This was a complete disappointment and a waste of time.

Ordered delivery since vehicle is not running and had to speak with a call center operator. Then the food was made incorrectly. According to the receipt it was rang in properly. Spent over 20 minutes on hold before I finally gave up. What a crappy way to run a business.
