Placed a lunch order, through the call center and called the call center to check on the order. They were very rude and hung up on me twice. Waited an hour for our lunch delivery. Never showed up. Went to the store and the employee was very rude and stated the order was never submitted. Asked for a discount, coupon or anything for the inconvenience. Employee rudely said no. He said he would make the order but it would be 20 minutes and we'd be charged full price. I will not be ordering from there again.. I'm very disappointe... read more

I don't appreciate having to talk to a call center in florida to order in ohio. Had to repeat order several times. Told call cent 3 times to make sure pizza was well done..it wasn't. The cheese was barley melted .there is no way when order was placed that it was at my door in 20 min..it take at least 15 to bake and 10 min across town. Terrible..the only accurate thing was the driver

EDITED TO SAY: I kid you not, this happened to me today: I got a call from a female who stated that they were calling on behalf of Pizza Hut to get my card information to be able to process the refund that I requested from my wrong order. They said "one second" and put the phone down, and then started to engage in multiple conversations with people that had nothing to do with Pizza Hut, but cell phones...they picked the phone back up, and apologized and told me that they're sorry they actually don't work for Pizza... read more

We gave it a try this evening, because it had been so long since we've had pizza hut. Our food was delivered by a 3rd party delivery service. Upon receiving our food, we had the wrong order. I called the restaurant, but the phone was answered by a 3rd party service who takes orders. I explained I received the wrong food and they transferred me to the store. Nobody answered.
