I called to explain that my order was incorrect, but the employee who answered didn’t give me a chance to speak or explain the issue. She immediately had an attitude, talked over me, was dismissive and rude. She even questioned whether my order was actually wrong, despite the fact that I was calling to report the mistake. She consistently talked over me, refused to listen and made no actual effort to resolve the situation other than a loud rude attitude. Absolutely horrible location. I used to drive a far distance to come here because they were so kind.. and recently when the assistant manager completely messed up my order and apologized saying it was because she was shorted staff and she was literally in tears, and asked if I wanted her to remake and I told her it was not a problem I didn’t have the heart to have her remake it.
