The doors are locked, you cannot go inside. Is Pizza Hut is drive-thru only. If somebody gets there before their order is ready they just sit and block the drive-thru window. What should have just been a drive-in drive out turns into a half hour long ordeal of just sitting in the Drive-Thru line. If you're not going to allow customers to come into the lobby and pick up their orders you should at least have the orders that aren't ready pull forward so the orders that are ready can be picked up.
Great deals. Especially on $2 Tuesday on personal pans. I didn't give a score on atmosphere because I only use the drive thru at this location.
They primarily do service through the drive-thru! I called in the order they said it would take about 20 minutes I arrived to 25 minutes later they told me it will be two additional minutes 10 minutes later I had to knock on the door and and one staff member was extremely rude while the other staff member grabbed my food out of the warmer and handed it to me. Had I waited in line I probably would have been there for another 20 minutes
