We were driving cross country and my husband called this Pizza Hut to order a pizza to go. He went in and the girl at the counter(she was just at the counter, she wasn’t working) told him his pizza wasn’t ready. They will put it in now. 2025 EDIT: DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM. I placed an order. Got a call from the manager stating they had no delivery person and said I could pick up. I told them I couldn't, I was working. She said they would refund the order. They never refunded. I reached out again, no response. I've opened a dispute with my bank. This is stealing. They need to work on consistency. Pay delivery fee plus a delivery driver tip and they still can't check the order? This has happened more than once, extremely frustrating.

Don’t waste your time ordering online. You’ll still have to wait longer like an extra 25 minutes from what the ready time is given to you. It’s probably best walking in placing your order than doing Online ordering.
