I placed an order at 446 pm on Wednesday july 29, 2026 for delivery and after an hour passed, then food tracker still showed the food was still being prepared, so I called customer service and they said my order was canceled then transferred me to the store. Ordered pizza, afterwards the app repeatedly said it was “in the oven” over the span of waiting when initially said twenty minutes for the order, after an hour the one who ordered the pizza called and got told we were third in line and that the app was just letting us know “how long it would take for it to cook and be ready”.
