Manager was very polite and attentive. Large Meat lovers Pan Pizza was delicious. Hot and tasty.

First time in probably 10 years we have ate inside a pizza hutt, not too many around, but y'all!!! The wait was a few minutes for a table and to order. It it was WORTH EVERY MINUTE WE WAITED....The Pizza, bread sticks and wings were awesome. It was Hot and made me miss a old pizza hut ...Mike he was awesome and so was the waitress. It was great, we live 2 hours away and was camping but got in late and figured why not!!! I'm so glad we did and recommend this place!

Terrible customer service and unprofessional management Placed a delivery order a while back, and part of it was missing when the driver dropped it off. The driver barely made it back to the car before I could get to the door. When I called the store, the manager was dismissive and claimed the driver was already back at the store and couldn’t return because of a “dinner rush.” Hard to believe someone could drive from East Franklin to Georgia Road in under five minutes — unless they were speeding and ignoring customer service... read more
