I ordered for delivery one pizza and an order of wings. First, the pizza was undercooked, the cheese was barely melted and had the smallest amount of sauce. Then, I needed to put the wings in the airfryer for another 20 minutes for them to get edible. Finally, they delivered it 20 minutes after the said time. I hoped they have never closed the HEB Pizza Hut in Pharr.
Another update: Ordered hand tossed, got thin crust burnt pizza. I’ll be attaching picture. Cook clearly saw that and didn’t care. This place needs to close, the service is garbage. Update: Decided to give them another chance, welp shouldn’t have. Went in for dine in and wasn’t helped. When I went up to the register to ask if we could get help, all we got was snarky attitude.
