Ordered delivery, spent $28 for a delivery, my Cinnabons were raw and my food was soggy. I would like my money back!!

Bought a 3 topping pizza tonight, could literally count the toppings, what's the purpose of a 3 topping pizza if you get more cheese than pizza? The girls were really nice at the drive thru window I give them 5 stars.
I've only done pick up so I'm not sure about atmosphere or service but the food has been good when we've gotten it. Pizza is hot and correct, boneless wings were cooked and good.
