I visited Pizza Hut for the lunch buffet around 1:40 p.m. and asked if they could make a specific pizza for the buffet. I was told, “Normally yes, but we close the buffet at 2:00.” It would have been helpful if the buffet’s closing time had been made clear before I paid, especially since there were still about 20 minutes remaining.
