There was No marinara sauce on the pizza!! When I called to address my concerns the manager was VERY Unprofessional and told me to talk to the cook and did NOT offer any solutions about the problem. Will NEVER order from Pizza Hut again!! Ridiculous
Order said ready, get there given bad news no food for your order. All excuses as why, but no answer when asked other than were out.
Definitely disappointed. The person at the register was friendly, but that’s where the good experience ended. My order was clearly messed up, and no one—especially the manager, Shaun D.—took accountability. No apology, no explanation, no effort to make it right. On an incredibly busy Tuesday, someone in the kitchen made a small mistake on my order. The kind of mistake anyone would make. No problem whatsoever. But the staff and management—especially Tay—were so unbelievably kind and generous. Not only did they replace the mistaken order, but they offered me a complimentary drink while I waited, they kept my order warm in the meantime, and made sure I felt taken care of the entire time.
