On an incredibly busy Tuesday, someone in the kitchen made a small mistake on my order. The kind of mistake anyone would make. No problem whatsoever. But the staff and management—especially Tay—were so unbelievably kind and generous. Not only did they replace the mistaken order, but they offered me a complimentary drink while I waited, they kept my order warm in the meantime, and made sure I felt taken care of the entire time. Ordered online, didn’t have what I wanted. Had to make a 15 minute drive for no reason. They didn’t call to let me know or anything.
They were short-staffed but they did the best they could. Food was still just as good as always
