Placed an order through their app and app showing its ready for pickup they said we didn’t receive the order after going there and employee working here said he don’t have to time to lookup for the order worst experience ever never come back to this location again
Place needs either better management or personnel. Drive tru is horrible. No customer service worth mentioning! Drive a few miles more elsewhere. You'll thank me later.
The joke call center system u have in place sent the wrong order, over charged us, and left off menu items we paid for. Did not correct the issue or return the difference owed back. Ordered from nathan Dean in Dallas GA. On Feb 21st 2026
