We live in cross. We called ahead of time and was told dine in wa open until 10. Drove 35 minutes, walked in at 730, was told dine in is not open, pick up only. Needless to say w left without ordering. Very poor communication, which generally means poor management. 5 stars on food because pizza hut has always been good.

One uber eats driver sucked But I called Pizza Hut because my order did not have everything with it and the food was cold and greasy. Chicken was dry and over cooked. Never got my order of cinnamon sticks or dipping sauce. Never have any drinks in stock. The people who work there are rude and don’t do their job. Don’t waste your time or money.

Told order would be ready at 5:20. When I arrived to the store the employees hadn’t even started making the order. They weren’t busy at all, just gossiping and standing in front of the make lines doing absolutely nothing. The person they had checking people out was in a managers uniform but had no clue what he was doing, no communication skills, and had a very dry personality.
