Terrible place the managers are complete rubbish! I hear from the employees a manager named Cody, if i remember correctly, is absolutely terrible and is very rude to the kids. The more food you order the worse the staff is treated this place is a joke!!! I hope the employees find a better job. Disappointing. Update, i ordered pizzahut again tonight and LO AND BEHOLD doordash picked it up again. Food was late, the food this time you can tell just wasn't cooked good. My mini Cinnabons were literally raw. Paying $80 for food and this is the garbage you get. Never again. I don't know who the owner of this pizzahut is but your store sucks. Corporate owned? They suck too. Well so much for good service at Crete Pizza Hut. Called in a pizza order at 640 pm on April 20th 2026. Went up to pick it up and there was one car at the window, got a message saying my pizza was ready so i sat there and i sat there and i sat there for 31 minutes and the car at the window never moved, nobody brought her pizza nobody ever came to the window. Ended up ordering on the Pizza Hut app for a slice and pizza with breadsticks. Went in to pick up the order with no problem at all. The inside of this Pizza Hut location was very clean, from the tables to the restroom. Plus the employees were very nice and helpful.
Food is always warm. And the staff is very kind and welcoming there
