Never delivered my order! When I called they states a uber eats driver picked up the order and I needed to call uber eats. I ordered directly from pizza hut.com so why would I need to call uber eats? The person over the phone hung up on me after I asked for his name
I ordered from here delivery service. I asked for light sauce and my cookie to be not over baked. They did the complete opposite. I also had to wait for a replacement order because my food arrived to me COLD and I only live 8 minutes away. Took 50 minutes for a personal pan & a cookie. Good attentive staff you don't have to wait long to be served.
It was so rude when staff said walk in customer can’t come in when I was waiting 20 min in take way then I parked the car and wait for them to open the door but they didn’t then I was gone to window they opened it and when I asked one of the male staff that why they took too much time then he closed the window again for 10 min then finally one lady came and she gave me the pizza.
