Good attentive staff you don't have to wait long to be served.
It was so rude when staff said walk in customer can’t come in when I was waiting 20 min in take way then I parked the car and wait for them to open the door but they didn’t then I was gone to window they opened it and when I asked one of the male staff that why they took too much time then he closed the window again for 10 min then finally one lady came and she gave me the pizza.
Horrible customer service! I Do not recommend this Pizza Hut at all! Pizza was okay but the employees Stayed in the back while we were trying to order and refused to go to the front to give us our order they really need to work on their work ethics. they over cooked the pizza and just threw it at us while we were trying to reach for it! If you are going to work then learn how to do your job correctly. The employees need to stop chatting in the back and pay attention to the front customers . I do not recommend this Pizza Hut!
I made an online order on Friday night, it said it would be ready at a certain time for pick up we waited at the drive up window for 10 minutes and nobody came, so I went inside there was no one at the front so I called out trying to get their attention and called on the phone .. I could hear it ringing in the back and no one answered it. I waited 20 minutes in the front before a guy came to see what I wanted.
