Rude staff, lack customer service and poor communication skills. The Door dasher they hired 3rd party delivered my order to the wrong location (never came to my home I have a ring-bell for proof), I ended up getting my refund thankfully but the amount of stress and frustration wasn’t worth $45. From the lies by the doordasher and the Pizza Hut staff over talking me on the phone, and hanging up was childish and ridiculous. I respectfully wasn’t even mad about the food, just wanted my refund.
