I contacted the manager about a quality issue with my order (the first time it has happened) and she was amazing. She listened to my issue and immediately problem solved in a way that was very pleasant and professional. I'm a manager in retail and based on how she handled the situation I'm sure she has great leadership skills. Good job and excellent customer service, Maggie.
Had it not been for Maggie, my night would have been ruined. I called in to make a change to my order but i was not notified before hand that changes would lead to my payment being voided and i wouldn’t have saw the money in my account for 3-4 business days…… that meant I’d have to pay ANOTHER 56 dollars and wait until the original charges dropped off.
