Always will give 1 star to places that offer delivery services then push them off to DoorDash without disclosing previously, don't order delivery and if you do don't tip as the driver is going to make multiple stops that will greatly extend how long you have to wait despite what's posted on the website, wouldn't have ordered from here if we knew.
Ordered mozzarella sticks, they gave me frys. Called at 10:20 (posted they close at 11) they told me they were closed and will not fix my order and already knew about it and didn’t tell me at the window.
They will take your card but won't deliver your food never again maybe dont use delivery thru doordash and actually pay people
Wanted to shout out the crew at the Bristol Va store #037662. We have been ordering from this location for about 6-8 months and the staff (Ashley in particular) has been gracious and making a seemingly mundane task of ordering food a fun experience. The food is always fresh and quality is great. We had an issue with the last pizza not being very hot and spoke with Ashley tonight prior to ordering and she ensured the door dash driver placed the pizza in a delivery bag to keep it hot.
