So, this guy didn't want to serve anyone at a table because his server didn't show up for work.. It's 242 in the afternoon now on a Saturday... Oh and not a soul has came and went since it happened 15 minutes ago... I Guess this one will shut down too from poor management...
We just wanted to try enjoying the nostalgia of Pizza Hut. The dine in isn’t available until later in the afternoon at both Columbia Falls and Kalispell locations. So we decided to place a takeout order. After paying online, you’re spammed with half a dozen subscription ads that aren’t relevant to Pizza Hut. Almost $80 for breadsticks and two pizzas (half the size of Costco’s $10 pizzas), with missing toppings later, I’m asked to tip on our takeout order a second time. The people are usually nice, but the food is almost always over or under cooked, and the wait time at the drive through can be substantial. I've ordered extra cheese on three of the last four pizzas, but received more cheese on the one ordered regularly somehow. Consistently. At least incorrect, dry, and overcooked orders are edible with enough water though. I didn't feel the need to leave a review until I was handed a pile of raw dough with icing on it that I couldn't salvage... weak sauce...
Pizza huts been hit n miss lately but the gal working today 2/8/2026 at 1pm made thee best pizza I have gotten from there. Tried calling but goes to call center....give that girl a raise!
