Sat at the pick up window for approximately 10 minutes. Drove around to come inside and the employee magically showed up at the window as if she was waiting for me to pull away. Waited an extra 5-6 minutes in the lobby for an order that was already ready.
Today I stopped in to pre-order for a pizza party for 42 people. It was time consuming and at times could have been frustrating for the person taking the order who was taking care of me in the midst of taking phone calls from customers who demanded to speak with him only; a very busy drive thru and supervising the other team members who had questions of their own from time to time.
