A few weeks ago my girlfriend ordered online. 30 minutes later they call her to let her know, they had no driver could she wait 2 hours. Thankfully corporate fixed it. Then, tonight o used one of the coupons they gave me. Tried to call.no answer, nothing. Placed order online with Chedder crust Pick my pizza up, no Chedder crust. Will never order here again.
The staff has a bad attitude and on one of my slices all I had was a slice of green pepper. I understand it was a personal pan but still. This Pizza hut needs some customer service training. they did offer to give me a new pizza but I was back at work by then. So we will see next time how it goes! I plan on going back for my pizza to be remade at a later date.
Placed order to pick up when I got there realized I had left my cash at home which was no big deal because I used my checkcard; after I paid for my order I ask them for an extra ranch dressing to go with my wings well they said it was .55 which I made the statement that I hated to put that on my checkcard but had to have it for my wings so was no problem for them they put it on my card. ....
