I stopped into the Bethel, Clover store to place an order for my lunch. No one is up front. I rang the bell on the door, still no one comes. I spoke Hello twice and nothing. Yet you could hear them outside talking. If you are going to have workers, at least have someone who wants to work. There should always be someone on the front to greet customers. Below questions can't be answered if you don't get service.

If you have a complaint with the store don't bet on them picking up. I got home and realized I was missing one of my sauces, gave them a call and got connected to a third party person who attempted to connect me to the store. It rang a few times, gave me a busy signal then they hung up. Very polite workers but not being able to get ahold of the store to correct a mistake is horrible customer service.

I personally love this pizza hut they are friendly and nice. Food is always hot n fresh

I’m so tired of calling this store and getting a person in India to take my order. I called three times, even had the Indian transfer me to the store, they never answered. Why does that matter you ask? The language barrier: makes the process take longer than necessary, gets items wrong, and they have trouble verifying my address (even though I live in a subdivision…they can’t spell the word “Misty”.
