When the pizza arrives it was wet and when I called it in they put me on hold and never came back
This was by far the worst customer service I’ve had in a long time. I ordered a pretty big order and when i called the store to let them know I had a item missing I was placed on hold for over 15 mins someone answered then put me on hold again I finally hung up called again only to have whatever rude person that answered hung up on me. I can spend my coins elsewhere. They mess up and then give you the runaround. Missing items from the order and you can't contact them to get it fixed! Don't order here!
Gives wrong order and goodluck getting to talk to someone at the store. Sat on hold for a total of 36 minutes (was playing a game and didn't even notice) without talking to anyone. Service is a joke.
