Horrible place! We walked in to an empty customer service counter so we sat ourselves and ordered from the app instead of waiting. After ordering from the app, it took about 10 minutes for an employee who didn't seem like she wanted to be working there, to come out and ask us if we were ready to order. After we told her we ordered from the app she limped over and said, "Oh", then turned around started to walk back towards wherever she was hiding, then turned back around and asked us if we ordered any drinks.
