How come the lights are off and the doors are locked when the store is still open? I ordered carry out and that’s how I expected to receive my order but there was no way in. I was directed by an employee to use the drive thru after walking around to every entrance. I understand there might be a reason like cleaning but I’d hope there was a sign or some sort of way to tell customers drive thru is still open to pick up your online order. The store itself just looked closed. It was still at least an hour before close.
Manger very rude was early picking up order bye ten minutes she yelled that would not even start are till five minutes before pickup and there was no one was in front of us she went and went sat down
Ordered pizza on line at 515pm , order should have been ready for pick up at 6pm. Arrived at 6 associate said wings ready in 4 minutes, waited another 35 minutes for pizza and wings. I was told that they burnt pizzas and messed up orders that why I had to wait so long. Six vehicles behind me waiting on there orders. Poor service
Today is June 21st. 2025 I did an online order & a review for Pizza Hut 3yrs ago and we'll decide to try them again to see if it has gotten better since then... Well I was a bit disappointed again. My pizza looked like it was missing pieces 😳.. not sure why or what happened to the pizza but spending $30 for this was not worth it.
