Ordered a pizza to pick up.. got there early.. pulled up to window and girl opens it..told her my name and that I was early .. she slams the window as she says its not ready yet.. very bad attitude..

☆☆☆☆ This was my first time visiting this Pizza Hut location, and unfortunately it will also be my last. The lady at the drive thru was very rude & had a nasty attitude . Customer service should never make customers feel like they’re an inconvenience. To make matters worse, the food was cold and did not taste fresh at all. Overall, the experience was very disappointing, especially for a first visit. I hope management addresses both the customer service and food quality because this location did not meet expectations.

Waited in line for 20 minutes even though my order was ready. I was 2nd in line. The person in front of me was waiting on their order which wasn't done yet so they sat there at the window. The staff did not tell them to pull forward so the rest of the people in line could get their order. Staff is very slow and rude. They absolutely have no customer service. Also they couldn't properly cut a pizza to save their lives. The entire staff should be fired.
