To be clear Pizza Hut is amazing, this review is mainly to call out their employees. Today we called to make a pickup order ahead since we live at a pretty far distance, Liam (short guy with glasses and a mustache) was the cashier that answered us with a very nasty attitude. He said that no one took the order down and wouldn’t offer a middle ground solution. Definitely won’t be coming back to this location, rather do the drive to an establishment that’ll actually make my food.
Cashier by the name Liam was helping us out with our pick up order that we made over the phone, we called ahead since we had to do a drive and when we got there he stated it wasn’t taken down. Started raising his voice and wouldn’t offer a solution to the problem. Terrible customer service and don’t see a purpose of ordering if order isn’t going to be fulfilled.
The 3 large pans today were really good, way better than Milwaukees Pizza Hut's. Driver was fast and polite.
